- La sixième réforme de l'État belge est le sixième volet d'une série de réformes de l’État lancées en Belgique à la fin des années 1960, avec, pour toile de fond, la naissance du fédéralisme belge pour tenter d’apporter une solution aux tensions communautaires dans le Royaume. Ce sixième opus est le résultat des 541 jours de crise politique en 2010-2011, soit la plus longue crise politique de l'histoire belge et l'une des plus longues de l'histoire moderne mondiale. Cette réforme a été négociée par les six partis qui formeront le gouvernement Di Rupo (les socialistes du PS et du sp.a, les démocrates chrétiens du CD&V et du cdH, et les libéraux de l'Open Vld et du MR) ainsi que les deux partis écologistes (Ecolo et Groen!). La N-VA, parti nationaliste flamand et premier parti belge à la suite des élections fédérales de 2010, n'a quant à elle joué aucun rôle dans les négociations ayant conduit à cette réforme. - The sixth state reform in the federal kingdom of Belgium is the result after the 2010–2011 Belgian government formation, with 541 days of negotiations, the longest ever in Belgium and possibly the world. The agreement was made among the Christian-democratic CD&V and cdH, social-democratic sp.a and PS, liberal Open Vld and MR and ecologist Groen! and Ecolo, each respectively a Flemish and French-speaking party. The first six parties, therefore not including the green parties, then formed the Di Rupo I Government. The Flemish nationalist party New Flemish Alliance, which became the largest after the 2010 elections, is notably not part of the agreement nor of the government coalition. It is also called Butterfly Agreement (Dutch: Vlinderakkoord; French: Accord papillon), referring to the bow tie which Elio Di Rupo nearly always wears. (en)
- Onder vlinderakkoord verstaat men het politieke akkoord rond de zesde staatshervorming in België in het najaar van 2011. Dit akkoord werd moeizaam bereikt na 459 dagen onderhandelingen voor een nieuwe regering. Het akkoord werd gesloten tussen de politieke partijen cdH, CD&V, Ecolo, Groen, MR, Open Vld, PS en sp.a. Het begrip verwijst naar de voorzitter van de vergaderingen Elio Di Rupo, die steevast verschijnt met een vlinderdas. De bereikte akkoorden werden door het federaal parlement goedgekeurd op 19 december 2013. De uitvoering van verschillende onderdelen van het akkoord vereist een tweederdemeerderheid en een gewone meerderheid in elke taalgroep. De Vlaamse partijen die het akkoord hebben goedgekeurd, vertegenwoordigen in de Kamer een gewone meerderheid in hun taalgroep (48 op 88 zetels) maar komen er 11 zetels tekort voor een tweederdemeerderheid in de eigen taalgroep. Bij de Franstalige partijen die het akkoord hebben onderhandeld, zou de steun 58 op 62 zetels bedragen. Alle partijen samen bereiken de vereiste tweederdemeerderheid (106 op 150). (nl)
- La sesta riforma statale del Belgio è il risultato della formazione di governo belga avvenuta tra il 2010 e il 2011, che 541 giorni di negoziazioni ne fanno la trattativa più lunga mai verificatasi in Belgio e probabilmente nel mondo. L'accordo venne fatto tra i cristiano-democratici CD&V e CDH, i socialdemocratici SPA e PS, i liberali Open Vld e MR, e gli ecologisti Groen! e Ecolo. I primi sei partiti entrarono poi nel Governo Di Rupo. Il partito nazionalista fiammingo Nuova Alleanza Fiamminga, diventato il primo partito dopo le elezioni del 2010, non prese parte né all'accordo né alla successiva coalizione di governo. È anche chiamato Accordo Farfalla (olandese: Vlinderakkoord; francese: Accord papillon), in riferimento al papillon che l'allora primo ministro Elio Di Rupo porta quasi sempre. (it)
