UserTesting unveils enhanced features for its Human Insight Platform

Human insights platform company UserTesting Inc. today announced new enhancements and capabilities to its platform designed to simplify the process of reaching niche, hard-to-find audiences.

The new announcements include product integrations with Canva Pty. Ltd. and FullStory Inc. to help organizations maximize the value of human insight and a new Insights Services offering that allows organizations to outsource research to UserTesting experts for time and cost-efficient research and support delivery.

UserTesting’s Niche Audience Recruitment feature is said to unlock invaluable insights from distinctive and traditionally hard-to-reach groups. With the feature, users can quickly identify crucial audiences with UserTesting’s advanced tools, access unique viewpoints from previously elusive contributors and maintain confidence in the quality by leveraging insights from rigorously vetted and trusted contributors.

The company claims that the advancements in the feature significantly streamline the path to insightful audience management. By focusing on targeted audience needs, it says, businesses are better positioned to craft solutions that bolster their objectives.

UserTesting added that its new Insights Services allows organizations to outsource research to UserTesting’s in-house experts cost-effectively through customized research solutions for business growth and informed decision-making. Insight Services has been designed to help teams add research capacity and deliver turnkey insights faster while ensuring data security, risk mitigation and efficient research management.

The UserTesting platform gains new integrations with digital analytics platform provider Fullstory and graphic design platform Canva. The FullStory integration allows users to link UserTesting user feedback with FullStory session insights to prioritize digital optimizations and changes that create the biggest impact on the buyers’ journey. Canva Integration allows users to embed video-based insights from UserTesting in Canva assets to promote, elevate and evangelize key insights across the organization for a shared understanding of the customer.

UserTesting also announced updates to UserTesting University, an educational initiative by UserTesting designed to provide training and resources for users of its platform. Various learning academies offered by the company, including UserZoom, UserZoomGo and EnjoyHQ courses and product documentation, are now all part of UserTesting University. 

UserTesting was previously in the news in October when it accepted a $1.3 billion acquisition offer from private equity firms Thoma Bravo and Sunstone Partners. The deal closed in January.
