| - Location
- The hotel was hosting a
conference and so it was incredibly busy. It queued at check in for
25min, this was after using the self-service desk which didn’t work
due to a lack of rooms. The room was comfy but needs refurbishing
as it was old — stains and chips in furniture and on
walls.
- The location is convenient for
the airport. It’s a large hotel with a nicely designed lobby and
bar area. The gym is well-equipped. The sound proofing of my room
was excellent and the bed was comfy so I had a good nights sleep!
The reception staff were very welcoming and genuine.
- The check in line was pretty slow
and long. A lot of it was the guests being slow and asking lots of
questions, but the staff looked drained as well! As someone who
doesn’t drive, it’s such an awkward way to have to walk to the
hotel and the surfaces are all pretty rough on the paths up to
it.
- It’s opposite the airport, you
cannot walk into Heathrow, but they have a shuttle, (I got an Uber
in five mins at 4.45 am) and normally if it wasn’t so early I nip
across the road and get the public bus. Bed is really comfy, slept
well enough to feel rested.
- Staff gave the impression it was
too much bother. Blamed me for losing the key when she hadn’t
handed it over yet.
- Breakfast options were limited
for vegans, but that’s pretty standard!
- Perfectly positioned, smart hotel
with a nice bar area
- The family room was
small
- The facility was good, I
particularly like the availability of pool and sauna. I like the
location too, especially if you are travelling through
Heathrow
- Would b helpfull if the advert
for ur Hotel was specific that it was the Radisson Red rather than
just Radisson hotel n Conference centre went to the hotel which was
according to the email sent to me double cost with the
