favorite cottage compared to similar during 2 weeks in Iceland.

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was
cozy and with great mountain view. Hot tub with a view to northern
lights when the sky is clear.

quiet and silent during the night. Shared kitchen well furnished
and spotless clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Frábær helgi að baki með fjölskyldunni! Fórum að veiða í Svínavatni
sem er einungis í 15mín keyrslu frá gistiheimilinu. Í lok veiðidags
var mjög notalegt að geta skellt sér í heita pottinn, sem var mjög
skemmtileg afþreying fyrir börnin. Öll þjónusta var til
fyrirmyndar, maturinn virkilega góður, vingjarnlegt starfsfólk og
rúmin mjög þæginleg.

- The
owners have thought of everything for their guests comfort. The
cottage looks deceptively small outside but is amazing inside. The
panoramic windows in the living room have incredible views down the
valley. Although it is in a fairly remote location(the nearest town
is 20 minutes away), it is just off the main ring road around
Iceland. Don’t be worried about road noise. The road is not that
busy and you can’t hear a thing inside the house. The kitchen is
fully equipped - there’s even a dishwasher. There are other
accommodations on the property but nobody bothered us.

house is just amazing if you wanna have private place in nice
nature with everything you need. The kitchen is fully staffed and
with main ingredients you could need for cooking. Living room so
comfortable and bedrooms are so spacious and cute. We were in such
private that we didn’t have to put down the curtains to watch if
there will be northern lights. And the hot tub is soo amazing.

hotel in a peaceful natural setting. I was made very welcome on my
arrival and the accommodation met my expectations. I had a good
dinner and breakfast.
