This is the endpoint to use to receive updated RDF data for a content set previously downloaded using the "bulk" endpoint. See the "bulk" endpoint documentation for more details. Each call to this endpoint returns a new resumption token for the next chunk of content. When no more content is available, this endpoint returns a 204 No Content status. Clients should hang on to the last resumption token for future checks for updated content. RDF data is produced in N-Triples format.
